JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work with the residents of Klippan within the municipal primary care and perform standard physiotherapeutic tasks. The work is based on the individual's needs and aims to create the best possible quality in daily life. The position is varied and gives you the opportunity to promote activity, participation, and independence among users.

In this role, you will support and enable users to live an active and independent life based on their goals, conditions, and resources, in collaboration with the person's network. The tasks include functional assessments, prescribing aids, as well as rehabilitation and habilitation. The assignment also includes guidance and instruction for users, relatives, and staff.

Your Role

As a physiotherapist with us, you work to create conditions for each individual to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. We meet patients from the age of 20 and work with a clear focus on person-centered care and teamwork.

Job Tasks

Your role includes, among other things:

• independently assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapeutic interventions
• testing and prescribing aids
• delegating and guiding nursing staff in activating and rehabilitative approaches
• conducting assessments and writing certificates for housing adaptations
• training nursing staff in manual transfers

The work is carried out in close collaboration with other professionals around the patient, such as occupational therapists, nurses, rehabilitation assistants, nursing staff, assistance coordinators, and unit managers, as well as with external partners.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed physiotherapist
• Is self-sufficient and can plan and prioritize your work
• Is flexible, responsible, and solution-focused
• Has good collaboration skills
• Can express yourself well in speech and writing
